Code of Conduct
The Denmark Public Library aims to assure high quality,
professional service to everyone it serves.
All people using library services are entitled to:
Use library resources and services without discrimination
Receive friendly and respectful service
Expect free and equal access to information
Enjoy a clean and safe environment
Make proper use of the library and its resources without interference
Anyone disrupting library operations, including use of the library by others, may be asked to leave the premises and/or be suspended from using library services in the future. Compliance with all federal, state and local laws, including public heath orders, is required at all times.
Meeting room policy
The Denmark Library Meeting Room is available for use by community groups free of charge
Reservations may be made by contacting the Librarian at 452-2200.
The meeting room may be used for civic, educational, philanthropic, and recreational purposes not for entrepreneurial or commercial purposes.
Meeting room use by any group does not imply an endorsement of its beliefs, policies, or program by any library official. No one shall imply library sponsorship or endorsement in its publicity unless the library is an official sponsor or co-sponsor of the event.
Groups using library meeting rooms are responsible for leaving the meeting room as they find it.
The size of the group using the meeting room is 25.
